Pink Saturday - Christmas Decorations lll

Welcome my friends
I wanted to show you something very special
Three years ago at Christmas my daughter,
and her family came to visit us for Christmas.
We had such a great time,
and she brought me alot of fun things, because she is
that kind of daughter and because in our move
I had lost all my ornaments for my tree.

My daughter, Samantha, made these cute Christmas
trees for me.  I so love them.  She also made the tray (several years earlier)
that they are sitting in, another special piece to me.
The trees are made from scrapbooking paper decorated with
beads and jewels.  Each tree is set into a terracotta pot filled with rocks
covered with a bit of felt.

I placed them into the tray.

Adding to the tray, ornaments, gold garland, pine cones.
A close up of the ornamentation.
The little tree

Last year I got some some lime green ornaments, aren't these pine cone ornaments great

Real pine cones, and ornaments

The tray, all bejeweled, red and gold.

Well what do you think?
I hope you will visit my daughter at Three men and a Lady
she has been absent from her blog, I hope you will go encourage her
as she comes back to blogging.  She is sharing crafts
she has been doing for Christmas.

I am linking up to Pink Saturday
Thank you to Beverly for hosting this fun party.  I hope you will
go and visit as the party goers share their Christmas fun and this week
there favorite Christmas movies.

May God bless you richly this week, may to grow in His Word.

They are darling trees, and the whole tray looks great. That's a nice touch, since you aren't really decorating for Christmas because of the trip. I don't know how you keep the paper from getting crushed from one year to the next! I'd never manage it.

Gail -- I woke up Christmas morning with coffee in hand, sat at the table and when finally awake I noticed a centerpiece of love, creativity and brightness. I am reminded of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, our centerpiece of love, our maker and His Glory is truly upon your family! Merry Christmas Terri
