Curtains

The curtains are done. They are simple curtains with lining, sewn on 3 sides with right sides together, turned right side out and then hemmed.

We installed copper pipe for the curtain rods, with a simple pine holder for the rod.

Copper clips hold the curtains (found them a Lowe's). I need to get some more clips, it is to loose for my liking.

One of the side windows of the bay so you can see the curtain closed. See the header? I am going to add more clips to hold it straighter. You can also see one of the other panels pulled back.

The curtain pulled back. (That is the front porch out side the window).

A block from the quilt I am working on for the bedroom. Called the Log Cabin block. Notice the second fabric from the center, on the orange side, it is the curtain fabric. This quilt will have 70 of these blocks in it, I will show it to you when it is done.

Thank you for visiting, please come again.
